HONG KONG, May 14, 2015 - (ACN Newswire) - SINOSOFT TECHNOLOGY GROUP LIMITED announce that the Group has recently established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Qingdao Skytech Software Co., Limited ("Qingdao Skytech") in Qingdao, Shandong Province, the People's Republic of China ("PRC").
Upon its establishment, it is expected that Qingdao Skytech will further promote the Group's export tax software and related services, carbon management solutions and e-Government solutions to Shandong Province. With a total population of over 9 million, Qingdao is a city specifically designated in the state plan of the PRC, as well as a major economic centre and seaport in the eastern costal area of the PRC. In 2014, the gross domestic product of Qingdao amounted to approximately RMB 870 billion and was ranked 12th across the nation. The Board believes the establishment of Qingdao Skytech will enable the Group to further expand its business into the Shandong Province, and to accelerate the Group's future growth as a whole.
