HONG KONG, Mar 11, 2016 - (ACN Newswire) - Greenland Holdings Corp Ltd ("Greenland Holdings" or "Greenland Group", stock code: 600606.SH) inked an agreement in Singapore today with Amare Investment Management Group Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of the Singapore-based Glory Fund Management Group Pte Ltd, to set up real estate investment trusts (the "REITs") and list on the Mainboard of Singapore's Stock Exchange.
The REITs will purchase 19 hotel properties in China from Greenland Group for RMB21 billion, the largest REITs issued by Chinese real estate enterprise so far.
