Rifle, Colo., Feb 5, 2011 - (ACN Newswire) - Natural Resources USA Corporation, (OTC Bulletin Board: NTRC) previously known as Ameralia Inc has announced record 2010 calendar year production and sales rates for its wholly owned subsidiary, Natural Soda Inc.
The Natural Soda plant is located in Rifle Colorado and is the second largest producer of Sodium Bicarbonate in North America.
Total production for the 2010 calendar year increased by 25.09% to 121,425.62 tons from 97,067.91 in 2009.
Sales increased by 29.52% to 123,857.75 tons from the previous 95,626.39 in 2009.
President of Natural Soda Brad Bunnett said the increased production is a result of the 2009 investment in two new production wells sets combined with efficient and reliable manufacturing operations.
"Natural Soda's 2010 manufacturing performance is a direct result of our 2009 well field initiatives," said Mr. Bunnett.
"Both existing and new customers indicated a need for more of our product and we were able to make the necessary enhancements to supply their needs," he said.
Natural Resources USA announced further Natural Soda plant enhancements in late 2010 and President Brad Bunnett provides comment on this project:
"The upgrade to our boiler systems is on track and completion is expected during the year.
The boiler project was the next prudent step in our plans to continue growing our production capacity to meet market opportunities," said Mr. Bunnett.
