- All JCB cardmembers are eligible to receive services.
- Services provided in English, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese.
- Open 24/7.
- Services available before and after departure:
-- Travel related support, including hotel, restaurant, car rental reservations and show tickets at your destination.
- Services available at the destination (outside home country):
-- Lost/ stolen card support.
-- Other emergency support, for example, help finding a local clinic in the event of illness or accident.
- Calls are toll free.
JCB cards are issued around the world in partnership with local banks and other financial institutions. Currently JCB cards are issued in 16 countries and territories with a total of about 77 million JCB cardmembers including 11 million outside Japan, primarily in China, Korea and Taiwan, with growth rates in the double digits over the past five years.
