Detroit, Michigan, Sept 6, 2012 - (ACN Newswire) - American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings, Inc. (AAM) which is traded as AXL on the NYSE, today announced the following officer appointments effective immediately.
Terri M. Kemp has been named Vice President, Human Resources. Kemp joined AAM in 1996 as a Productivity Manager, Detroit Gear & Axle - Plant 3. Since then, she has served in various manufacturing management and operational positions with increasing responsibility, including her most recent position of Executive Director Human Resources & Labor Relations.
Michael J. Lynch has been named Vice President, Finance & Controller. Lynch joined AAM in 1996 as a Financial Analyst at AAM's Detroit Manufacturing Facility. Since then, he has served in various financial positions with increasing responsibility, including his most recent position of Controller.
