FINDLAY, Ohio, Oct 2, 2013 - (ACN Newswire) - Marathon Petroleum Corporation (NYSE: MPC) announced today that it will host a conference call on Thursday, Oct. 31, at 10 a.m. EDT to provide an update on company operations and to discuss 2013 third-quarter financial results, which will be released earlier that day.
