Ms. Fitzgerald has been with INC Research since 2011 and currently oversees the Company's Biometrics business unit encompassing approximately 1,000 employees globally, including data operations, biostatistics, medical writing, biometrics project management and safety and pharmacovigilance. During her tenure, her team has more than doubled in size and has established itself as global leader in Biometrics services.
Dr. Swilley has been with INC Research for 16 years and currently leads both the dedicated Functional Service Provider business unit for one of the Company's largest customers as well as the Strategic Alliance Management and Global Clinical Operations Management business units. A critical component to her role at INC Research is to successfully win, deliver and grow strategic alliances and build the infrastructure to support these relationships.
