Both parties have reached preliminary agreement on vehicle sales services of Audi and Volkswagen brands. The initial amount of automobile finance reaches RMB hundreds of million yuan. Soon afterward, other luxury brands such as Jaguar/ Land Rover and BMW, etc. will be included. Yongda will provide purchase loan amounting RMB200 million yuan to Uber's consumers.
The strategic cooperation agreement between Yongda and Uber marks Yongda becoming the Uber's first car dealer partner in China. Both parties will fully utilize their advantages in respective areas, share resources and joint hands to construct the business mode of "Automobile + Finance + Internet".
