ABF aims to promote the economy exchange, coordination, and cooperation within the Asian Counties and Asian with the rest of the region. Bo Ao in the Hainan Province serves as the permanent site of ABF Headquarters since ABF was officially launched in 2001.

About Hot-in-Place Technology
Hot-in-Place Technology is used in asphalt pavement maintenance, an on-site, in-place technology that rehabilitates deteriorated asphalt pavements through heating, scarifying and mixing the damaged asphalt materials with new materials and thereby minimises the use of new materials.
