HONG KONG, Oct 29, 2015 - (ACN Newswire) - Ko Yo Chemical (Group) Limited ("Ko Yo Group" or the "Group"; Stock Code: 827) is pleased to announce reaching consensus with China prestige Tsinghua University for in-depth and comprehensive cooperation in areas including scientific research, technology and people talents for exploration and development on modern biochemistry and new energy materials.

Both parties have intention, 1) Ko Yo Group and Tsinghua University to establish Tsinghua "University-Koyo Group Joint Research Centre" which will commence operation in November 2015; 2) Tsinghua Chemical Engineering Development to establish the 5-10 years development plan for Ko Yo Group in terms of natural gas chemistry, new materials and new technologies; 3) Tsinghua University to setup a professional Post-Doctoral work station in Ko Yo Group and 4) Tsinghua University to provide training and to introduce high-end technologies and people talents for Ko Yo Group according to its development pace and needs.

Regarding this cooperation, 7 professors from Tsinghua University Faculty of Chemical Engineering visited the Group's chemical factories in Dazhou and Guangan during October 23 to 25 and had in-depth discussion and information exchange with the management team. Each professor had high recognition towards the Ko Yo Group's management team, production chain foundation, chemical engineering capabilities, conversion abilities of scientific research results as well as corporate governance. Ko Yo Group has established its future development plan: to commence construction of industrial equipment, to realize the upgrade of traditional chemical to modern biochemical engineering, to work on the direct conversion of natural gas into benzene and other related products as well as its industrial equipment construction, to further improve the functionality of new materials PPS for wider application into various high-end sector and the in-depth re-processing of kiln-process phosphoric acid technology, as well as the production of new materials to be used in new energy batteries etc.
