HONG KONG, Nov 16, 2015 - (ACN Newswire) - One of the largest luxury automobile dealership groups in coastal regions of Eastern China, China Greenland Rundong Auto Group Limited ("Greenland Rundong" or the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group", stock code: 1365.HK), is pleased to announce that the Company entered into a strategic cooperation memorandum with the Alibaba Automobile business unit of Zhejiang Tmall.com Technology Co., Ltd ("Alibaba Automobile") of Alibaba Group Holding Ltd.. Both parties will carry out an in-depth cooperation and jointly organize the Alibaba major automobile premium sales campaign, establish the luxury automobile sales and services franchise flagship store - "Rundong Auto franchise store" and engage in internet automobile financing business.

The strategic cooperation between Greenland Rundong and Alibaba Automobile will help attract more customers for automobile sales and after-sales businesses for the Group and enhance the brand image of the Group. The automobile e-commerce services greatly complement the Group's offline dealership outlets by enhancing the Group's sales efficiency and facilitating a shorter turnover of the Group's inventories.

In addition, Company has already opened an online franchise store branded Greenland Rundong Auto on Tmall platform for the sales of automobiles of luxury brands, electric automobiles, parallel imported automobiles and pre-owned automobiles, and provision of automobile repairing and maintenance services, etc., with an aim to increase the customers flow in offline physical network, enhance the efficiency of sales and services, and provide high quality online car purchase and maintenance service experience to consumers. The memorandum lays foundation of the Company's role as a strategic business partner to Alibaba Automobile's "Instant Automobile Financing". Both parties will actively cooperate and leverage their respective automobile financing business channels to provide vehicle purchasing financing services and other financial products to car owners.
