HONG KONG, Jan 4, 2016 - (ACN Newswire) - South China Group (the "Group") is pleased to announce major appointments to the senior management team today.
Ms. Jessica Ng, an existing Executive Director and a member of Executive Committee of South China Financial Holdings Limited ("South China Financial", Stock Code: 619), has been appointed as the Executive Vice Chairman with effect from 1 January 2016. As an existing Non-executive Director of South China Land Limited ("South China Land", Stock Code: 8155), Ms. Jessica Ng has been re-designated to an Executive Director and an Executive Vice Chairman and has tendered her resignation as a member of Audit Committee with effect from 1 January 2016.
Mr. Peter Ng, an existing Executive Director and a member of the Executive Committee of South China Holdings Company Limited ("South China Holdings Company", Stock Code: 413), has been appointed as Executive Vice Chairman with effect from 1 January 2016.
Mr. Paul Ng has been appointed as an Executive Director, Executive Vice Chairman and a member of the Executive Committee of South China Holdings Company with effect from 1 January 2016. As an existing Executive Director and the Chief Executive Officer of South China Land, Mr. Paul Ng has been re-designated to a Non-executive Director and appointed as a member of the Audit Committee with effect from 1 January 2016.

Ms. Jessica Ng is an existing non-executive director of South China Holdings Company, an executive director of South China Financial, and the chief executive officer of South China Media Limited. She holds a Bachelor degree in Law from King's College London, University of London in the United Kingdom and is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants as well as a member of Tianjin Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
Mr. Peter Ng is an existing Executive Director and a member of the Executive Committee of South China Holdings Company. He holds a Bachelor degree in Law from King's College London, University of London in the United Kingdom and is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. He is also a member of Nanjing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
Mr. Paul Ng was an Executive Director and the Chief Executive Officer of South China Land. He holds several directorships in certain subsidiaries of the Group and has been engaged in the financial services, tourism and media businesses for more than ten years. He graduated in law from Corpus Christi College, University of Cambridge and is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants as well as a member of Liaoning Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
