HONG KONG, Dec 13, 2017 - (Media OutReach) - CIFI Holdings (Group) Co. Ltd. ("CIFI" or the "Group", HKSE: 884), one of the Top 20 Real Estate Developers in China, announces that the Group successfully issues US$300 million senior perpetual capital securities at a distribution rate of 5.375% per annum. The net proceeds from the issue will be used to refinance its existing indebtedness.
