BGBS announces positive profit alert and expects to record an increase in net profit for 2018 1H

HONG KONG, Aug 20, 2018 - (Media OutReach) - Beijing Gas Blue Sky Holdings Limited ("the Company" or "Beijing Gas Blue Sky", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group", HKSE stock code: 6828) is pleased to announce a positive profit alert. The Company expects to record an increase in unaudited net profit for the six months ended 30 June 2018 as compared to the net profit for the corresponding period in 2017. Such increase was mainly attributable to the increase in the revenue and gross profit from the natural gas business of the Group; and the gain from bargaining purchase of equity interest in an associate during the Period.
