Join Forces to Capture Numerous Opportunities in Optical Networking Sector

HONG KONG, Oct 12, 2018 - (ACN Newswire) - Leading high-technology enterprise O-Net Technologies (Group) Limited ("O-Net") (877.HK) has today announced that it has invested in and formed a strategic partnership with InLC Technology Inc. ("InLC"), a Korea-based technology company focused on liquid crystal (LC) and liquid-crystal-on-silicon (LCoS) WSS and DGE and other products in wired telecom equipment manufacturing, in order to capture numerous opportunities and huge potential in the optical networking sector for both the telecommunications and data-communications markets.

Founded in 2009, InLC is led by an experienced management team with expertise in liquid crystal fabrication, optical networking, and display technology. Dr. Sam Suh, CEO of InLC, is a seasoned entrepreneur and a holder of several US patents related to ROADM components, liquid crystal technology, WSS, wavelength blockers, tunable filters, VOAs, and other optical components. We believe the strategic partnership between O-Net and InLC can bring synergies to both companies as we will join forces in marketing and sales efforts to promote our value-added solutions and products to our telecom and datacom customers in the future. We look forward to strengthening our collaboration with InLC to create a win-win situation between both parties as well as for our customers."

Dr. Sam Suh, CEO of InLC, said, "We are very pleased that O-Net with its strong capabilities and excellent track record in optical networking solutions is partnering with us. The strategic partnership with O-Net gives InLC the ability to address even more opportunities and leverage our technology in more areas than we would by ourselves. InLC's WSS, DGE, and other LC and LCoS products greatly complement O-Net's industry-leading optical subsystems solutions. We believe that our customers and the communications equipment industry in general will benefit significantly from the superior products and solutions that InLC and O-Net will deliver."
