| New solutions address mobile printing, cloud printing, printer management, and smart front panels |
Singapore, June 27, 2011 - (ACN Newswire) - Thinxtream(TM) Technologies, a global software product company focused on developing products for digital media, print and device management applications, today announced an expanded portfolio of new solutions for Printer OEMs. Comprising Thinxtream's line up of printing solutions are PrintJinni(TM), a mobile printing solution supporting multiple mobile operating systems (MOSs), DeviceMaestro(TM), a remote device management platform for printer and MFP management, and Smart Panels, a software solution for printer and MFP front panels.

DeviceMaestro is a standards-based, firewall-friendly, scalable, and flexible software platform that helps Printer OEMs develop a custom Device Management solution, which can centrally, securely and proactively track, diagnose and manage printers and MFPs over LANs, WANs or the Internet. OEMs can perform quick and easy field upgrades of firmware, obtain increased efficiency from fleet management and consumables tracking, and gain valuable business insights into usage.
Thinxtream's Smart Panel is a feature-rich software solution that can be integrated with any Printer OEM's printer or MFP. Smart Panels enable Printer OEMs to harness the existing rich smartphone or tablet application ecosystem, offer additional features over the default MFP front panel feature-set, leverage cloud services to increase functionality and enhance mobility, by transporting the front panel functionality from the printer or MFP to a smartphone or tablet.
