FINDLAY, Ohio, Feb 3, 2012 - (ACN Newswire) - Marathon Petroleum Corporation (NYSE: MPC) announced today that its 2012 annual meeting of stockholders will be held at the company's headquarters in Findlay, Ohio, on April 25, 2012.
In addition, the company announced that Feb. 27, 2012 has been fixed as the record date for determination of the stockholders of the company entitled to notice of and to vote at the annual meeting.
