APT Satellite Holdings Limited (together with its subsidiaries collectively known as the "Group") (HKEx stock code: 1045), provider of high-quality satellite transponder, telecommunications and broadcasting services, is pleased to announce today its APSTAR 9 Satellite has been successfully launched into a designated orbit aboard the Long March 3B/E launch vehicle of China Great Wall Industry Corporation on 17 October 2015.
