美亚娱乐资讯集团有限公司（「美亚娱乐」/「该集团」）（股份代号：00391）宣布该集团已订立关于视作出售美亚怪物游戏有限公司（「美亚怪物游戏」）权益的认购协议（「认购协议」），美亚怪物游戏为集团之间接附属公司，集团持有其55%之已发行股本。认购事项完成后，集团于美亚怪物游戏之权益将由55%减少至49.5%，及美亚怪物游戏将不再为集团之附属公司，而将为集团之联营公司。
