HNA Group Speeds up the Overseas Acquisitions as Bohai Leasing Acquires 100% Equity Interest in Avolon |
On 7 September, Bohai Leasing Co., Ltd ("Bohai Leasing"), a majority controlled subsidiary of the HNA Group, has officially announced that it is to acquire 100% equity interest in Avolon Holdings Ltd ("Avolon"), the international aircraft leasing company, at a consideration of approximately US$2.56 billion. Upon the completion of the acquisition, Bohai Leasing would be one of the top ten aircraft leasing companies in the world.

英国当地时间8月28日上午，海航投资控股有限公司收购英国路透社总部大楼(30 South Colonnade) 项目签约仪式在伦敦顺利举行，海航实业首席执行官、海航投资董事长赵权，海航集团（国际）有限公司总裁王浩，海航投资首席财务官杨敏，大楼原业主方德国房地产基金公司KanAm Grund Group CEO Hans-Joachim Kleinert、首席投资官Olivier Catusse等出席仪式。仲量联行、安永、中国工商银行及中国银行驻伦敦办事处相关代表一同出席了本次仪式。
