HONG KONG, Jan 9, 2014 - (ACN Newswire) - Sound Global Ltd. ("Sound Global", or the "Company"; Hong Kong Stock Code: 00967.HK; Singapore Stock Code: E6E) is pleased to announce that it has won the bid for a BOT project to build a sewage treatment plant in Yingzhou District, Fuyang City, Anhui Province, PRC.
The plant with a designed sewage treatment capacity of 100,000 m3/day will be funded by Sound Global with an aggregate investment of RMB240 million. Upgraded AAO+ filtration and sterilization facilities will be used for sewage treatment and sludge tank and deep dehydration process are utilized as the major technique of sewage treatment. The quality of filtrated water is designed to meet the Class I A standard as set out in the Discharge Standards on Pollutants from Urban Sewage Treatment Plants (GB18918-2002). The commencement of this project will play a significant role in achieving sustainable development for Fuyang City.
