| Marks A New Milestone in Its Development |
HONG KONG, July 7, 2014 - (ACN Newswire) - Citychamp Watch & Jewellery Group Limited ("Citychamp" or the "Group"; stock code: 256) has announced that its name was officially changed from "China Haidian Holdings Limited" to "Citychamp Watch & Jewellery Group Limited". Starting from 7 July 2014, the Group's shares are to be traded under the name of "Citychamp" to clearly reflect the Group's principal focus on the watch and jewellery business.

Citychamp is primarily engaged in design, production and sales of watches and timepieces. The Group possesses proprietary brands, including "Rossini" and "EBOHR," two of the four major Chinese watch brands, as well as renowned global watch brands "Corum," "Eterna" and "Rotary." The Group is also committed to exploring the distribution business of the non-proprietary brands. Currently, the Group distributes more than 25 international brands in major cities across Mainland China. During this April, the Group also acquired a UK watch company, The Dreyfuss Group Limited, further enriching its product mix while consolidating its leading presence in the watch and timepiece industry.
