"The natural beauty and traditions of Wamena and the Dani tribe are what foreign tourists bored with the routine and modernity in their countries seek," Gantang remarked.
He mentioned that the exclusive tourism package rate to visit Wamena for four to five days was around US$800-US$850 per person, while the regular package was US$600.
"It is quite expensive, but worth it," he said.
