HONG KONG, June 13, 2015 - (ACN Newswire) - Sunshine 100 China Holdings Ltd ("Sunshine 100 China" or the "Company"); Stock code: 2608) is pleased to announce that the Company entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Beijing with EBA Investments (Advisory) Limited ("EBA Investments"), a subsidiary of China Everbright Limited ("CEL", stock code: 0165.HK). The investment financial group led by EBA Investments team will become the second largest shareholder of Sunshine 100, holding 9.03% of Sunshine 100's shares, and EBA Investments will establish comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership with Sunshine 100. With the support of EBA Investments' superior resources in real estate, finance and other fields, Sunshine 100 will develop innovative real estate products in the internet era, and accelerate upgrade of light asset-based model with value-added services, and continuously expand its business.
According to strategic cooperation framework agreement, EBA Investments will help improve further rapid development of Sunshine 100's main products, such as street complex, social-based service apartment Phoenix Community and so on. Meanwhile, Sunshine 100 and EBA Investments seek access to the high-quality projects from core market to further strengthen the market competitiveness.
Through the strategic cooperation framework agreement, Sunshine 100 will acquire EBA Investments' support in an all-round way, so as to enhance the Company's outstanding property sales capability, to integrate industry resources to jointly establish a platform for internet real estate sales and further develop into a multi-functional real estate internet financial eco-system in the future which is integrated with assets enhancement, property transaction, financial services and property management by combining street commerce with innovative products of Phoenix Community, in order to accelerate upgrade of light asset-based model with value-added services. Leveraging EBA Investments' experience in real estate finance and projects' asset securitization and securitization of projects under construction, Sunshine 100 will develop new projects taking advantage of its core competitiveness with light asset-based operation model.
With EBA Investments' support, Sunshine 100 will formulate a series of development strategies and further promote its financing ability, business scale and rate of capital return in the future.
