1) The former AMX Asia Limited, which is now named South China House of Technology International Limited (SCHOT International), was not part of HARMAN nor AMX LLC.

2) The heading of the previous news release referring to AMX ASIA LIMITED should be FORMER AMX ASIA LIMITED.

3) The said merger was not related to "HARMAN" nor "AMX LLC".
