("Ethan Allen" or the "Company") (NYSE:ETH) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per share, which will be payable to shareholders of record as of Monday, January 11, 2016 and will be paid on Monday, January 25, 2016.
