| Creates Strong Synergies for the Mind Sports Eco-System Leads New Trend for Fun on the Internet |
HONG KONG, Dec 7, 2015 - (ACN Newswire) - Wangyu E-Sports Arena in Sanlitun, Beijing, under Ourgame International Holdings Limited ("Ourgame" or the "Group") (SEHK stock code: 6899), a leading operator of mind sports in China with a focus on the development and operation of online card and board games and offline competitions, organized "Wangyu E-Sports 1.0 Global Press Conference" on 5 December 2015 (Saturday). This marks a major strategic initiative of Ourgame after its acquisition of a stake of Wangyu Internet Cafe in November last year. Through this move, the Group also demonstrates its leading position in the internet cafe market.

Occupying more than 1,300 sq m, Wangyu E-Sports Arena is situated in the prime district of Sanlitun, Beijing. In addition to high-end professional facilities and a relaxing cafe, it also has a stage featuring leading-edge equipment for recording and live broadcasting as well as a control room, with an audience capacity exceeding 200. Currently, Wangyu Internet Cafe has more than 300 outlets in around 50 cities in China and a membership exceeding four million, and its coverage also extends overseas to Canada and Australia, serving more than 15 million customers since its opening.
