Ticket Refunds for Hong Kong Book Fair, Sports Expo
Offer Valid for Tickets Dated 23 July 2017

HONG KONG, July 26, 2017 - (ACN Newswire) - Refunds will be given to holders of unused tickets to the Hong Kong Book Fair and Hong Kong Sports and Leisure Expo dated 23 July 2017, when the tropical cyclone warning signal No 8 forced the delayed opening of the fairs.

Full cash refunds will be given upon presentation of unused valid tickets (including full-priced adult tickets, children's tickets and concessionary tickets) at the Hong Kong Trade Development Council's (HKTDC) Exhibitions Department at Unit 13 (next to a Circle K convenience store), Expo Galleria, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from 10am to 7:30pm from 31 July to 5 August. The refund amount will be based on the price listed on the ticket. Refunded tickets shall be returned to the event organiser, the HKTDC.

Holders of unused 23 July e-tickets purchased via Tap & Go mobile wallet can call the Tap & Go Service Hotline at 2888-0000, on or before 5 August, to request refunds.

VIP, complimentary and Weekend Re-entry Offer tickets are not eligible for refunds.
