| - Rebranding of company will propel future growth - |
SINGAPORE, Feb 16, 2011 - (ACN Newswire) - Singapore Airshow & Events Pte Ltd, the company behind the highly successful Singapore Airshow, will be renamed Experia Events Pte Ltd effective 1st March 2011. The name change, which will be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2011, is in line with the significant expansion of the company's dynamic business activities beyond the Singapore Airshow. It also reflects the company's vision to venture into a diverse range of events in the future. The new business name, Experia, defines the influential, iconic and experiential nature of the events organised by the company.

In addition to organising Singapore Airshow, Asia's largest aerospace and defence event and IMDEX Asia, Asia Pacific's only dedicated international maritime defence show, Experia also organises other iconic exhibitions. Its portfolio of other events includes organising Singapore International Water Week for PUB and ScreenSingapore for Media Development Authority (MDA).
The company will continue to operate in its current structure and the name change will not affect the management or any of the existing operations.
