CommunicAsia, Singapore, June 22, 2011 - (ACN Newswire) - Visitors of CommunicAsia 2011 have an opportunity to witness exhibits of innovation at the Cyberjaya Pavilion located at Booth BT4-01, Hall F, Level B2 at Marina Bay Sands Singapore.

Through the effort of Cyberview Sdn Bhd, Cyberjaya's landowner responsible for spearheading development in Cyberjaya, a delegation of four Malaysian Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs) will have a chance of showcasing their latest achievements and representing the innovations potential available at the Malaysian premier cybercity in the largest information and communications technology (ICT) showcase in Asia.

The four SMEs which were invited to join Cyberview's delegation to CommunicAsia are online solutions developer and premium business hosting provider First Online, global virtual network operator IX Telecom, SoftSolvers Technologies - Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software provider, and WoodWing Asia Pacific, which develops tablet application publishing solutions for more than 500 publishing companies worldwide, including Time Inc., Axel Springer, and MediaCorp. All four SMEs participating in CommunicAsia 2011 will be unveiling their new products.

With a history of 22 years, CommunicAsia highlights the newest technology innovations, latest industry updates from the ICT industry, and is attended by prominent industry players. With 81% of the exhibitors coming from overseas, CommunicAsia is seen as the global trade event for ICT in Asia. A total of 37 buyer group delegations from 10 countries attended CommunicAsia last year to source new solutions and network with exhibitors.

According to En. Ir. Hafidz Hashim, Managing Director of Cyberview Sdn. Bhd., Cyberview's third consecutive participation in CommunicAsia will showcase SME tenants' offerings to potential clients from around the world and promote Cyberjaya as a world-class cybercity.

"Knowledge-based SMEs are prospering in Cyberjaya through the special ecosystem, guidance and incentives provided by Cyberview. We are happy to witness that our continuous support has resulted in new products and services of global standards which will be demonstrated at CommunicAsia this year," said En. Ir. Hafidz.

"Being the preferred address for ICT, multimedia and innovation companies in Malaysia and Malaysia's first Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) international cybercity hub, Cyberjaya seeks to become the regional growth engine for global innovation, multimedia development, creative content generation, and shared services outsourcing (SSO)," he added.

Since its inception as Malaysia's own "Silicon Valley" in 1996, Cyberjaya has since become host to more than 500 companies including global multinationals such as HP, DELL, Fujitsu, Motorola, AMD, DHL, KPMG, HSBC, Nokia, Shell, BMW, and Ericsson.

Since 2005, Cyberview has dedicated in excess of Ringgit Malaysia 80 million toward the physical infrastructure and sustained maintenance of Cyberjaya and has experienced an exponential growth of 70 per cent in the number of Cyberjaya-companies since 2006. Cyberjaya now provides not just a framework, but an infrastructure and an ecosystem that supports the development of SMEs.

This year, Cyberview has its eyes set on new projects set to create an even livelier environment to Live, Study, Work and Play. For 2011, Cyberjaya already has RM2.52 billion worth of developments in the pipeline, which will be achieved through further land sales of enterprise, commercial, institutional and residential space.
