NEENAH, WISCONSIN, Aug 2, 2011 - (ACN Newswire) - Bemis Company, Inc. (NYSE-BMS) today announced that it has acquired Mayor Packaging, a privately-owned manufacturer of consumer and specialty flexible packaging including a manufacturing facility in Dongguan, China. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. This transaction does not impact earnings per share guidance for 2011.
