上海, 2010年2月2日 - (亚太商讯) - 三菱汽车工业株式会社与其在华发动机合资公司之一的哈尔滨东安汽车发动机制造有限公司，于2008年5月达成了向其提供自动变速器技术的转让协议，今天首批自动变速器产品在哈尔滨东安汽车发动机制造有限公司成功下线。
此举标志着哈尔滨东安汽车发动机制造有限公司继生产1.3～2.0L汽油发动机、5速手动变速器(M/T)之后，该公司的自动变速器（4速A/T、5速A/T）项目将正式投产。
伴随着中国汽车市场持续迅猛发展，该公司积极致力于投放更多新型产品，以满足市场的多样化需求。
哈尔滨东安汽车发动机制造有限公司的自动变速器项目计划年产30万台，分两期实施。目前，项目一期建设已按期竣工，已具备年产15万台自动变速器的生产能力。
三菱汽车益子修社长在出席下线仪式时表示：“对于自动变速器的未来市场前景十分看好”。同时益子修社长对于哈尔滨东安汽车发动机制造有限公司在09年发动机生产超过50万台，刷新了历史新纪录，并且累计产量突破150万台的优异成绩予以了表彰。
