Sany International appoints Mr. Liang Zaizhong as Chairman of the Board to support the long-term development of the Company

HONG KONG, Oct 22, 2019 - (ACN Newswire) - Sany International Holdings Company Limited ("Sany" or the "Company"; HKSE stock code: 631) announced today that Mr. Liang Zaizhong has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company.

Mr Qi Jian, the original Chairman of the Board, has been re-designated as the Vice Chairman of the Board and remained as the Chief Executive Officer. Mr Qi will continue to be responsible for operation and management of the mining equipment segment, focusing on product innovation and enhancement of the Company's efficiency of operation. He will deepen product promotion of wide-bodied vehicles, pure-water hydraulic support systems and thin coal seam mining machineries. He will continue to explore in the areas of smart mines and other areas and drive ongoing automation and smart upgrades for the equipment segment. Executive Director Mr Fu Weizhong will continue to be responsible and focus on operation and management of the Company's logistics equipment segment. Embracing the era of automated ports, Mr Fu will drive research and development and innovation, accumulate technological research harvests of the Company in the areas of automation and electrical product development to meet upgrading and replacement needs for the port logistics equipment segment, thereby fuelling the Company's high-speed development.
