ユタ州ソルトレークシティー, 2015年8月7日 - (JCN Newswire) - Smash Solutions, LLC announced today that it has acquired controlling interest in Maxima Group Inc. (OTCBB: MXMG), through the purchase of 81% of its outstanding shares, marking the first step in Smash Solutions' plan to become a publicly traded company. Per the terms of the agreement, Smash Solutions' current management has assumed full operational control of Maxima Group Inc., a public shell company, with Jerry Ulrich, CEO of Smash Solutions, now serving as sole director.
Upon completion of a final audit of Smash Solutions' financial statements, Smash Solutions intends to have its operating business function as a subsidiary of Maxima Group Inc. In addition, Smash Solutions anticipates changing the Maxima Group trading symbol, which is currently MXMG, to one that more accurately reflects the current SMASH business model. Maxima Group Inc. recently completed a 40-to-1 split of its common stock, effective March 23, 2015.
