ユタ州ソルトレークシティー, 2015年8月24日 - (JCN Newswire) - SMASH Solutions, LLC and the Maxima Group Inc. (OTCBB: MXMG) announced today the strategic addition of Colin S. Jackson to their leadership team as the new VP - Finance. Mr. Jackson is now leading the SMASH Solutions finance department including the new corporate financial strategy resulting from the SMASH acquisition of a controlling interest in Maxima Group Inc.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Jackson was a financial consultant in the renewable energy industry since 2007. His clients included Swiss-based Capital Dynamics, Inc., Colorado-based Spear Point Energy LLC, and Utah-based Renewable Energy Development Corp. He was part of the team at Capital Dynamics, which successfully sold a 50-project utility-scale portfolio to SunEdison for $250 million.
Previous to that, Mr. Jackson was the Chief Financial Officer of EduTrades, Inc. a subsidiary of Tigrent, Inc. From 2004 to 2006 he served as Chief Financial Officer of Consolidated Investment Group, LLC. He has also held financial leadership positions at Exxon Corporation in Texas and Campbell Soup Company in New Jersey.
Mr. Jackson began his career as a Certified Public Accountant in California with Deloitte & Touche. He earned a Masters of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a B.A. in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. Mr. Jackson also studied economic history at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland.
