HONG KONG, Mar 18, 2015 - (ACN Newswire) - It has come to our attention that certain party or parties, who intended to establish business relationship with our suppliers including but not limited to purchase, procure or source aluminium extrusions and/or related materials, had recently approached some of our suppliers and pretended to be duly authorized by our Group or to be related to our Group. Please be advised that all purchase, procurement or sourcing of aluminium extrusions and /or related materials of our Group have been and will still be conducted by our subsidiary companies, i.e., PanAsia Aluminium (China) Co. Ltd. in Zengcheng, PRC, and/or Opal (Macao Commercial Offshore) Ltd. in Macau, and/or PanAsia Aluminium Pty Ltd. in Australia. We value our long established relationships with our suppliers and have serious concern that these relationships be jeopardised, ruined or suffered by the said intentional and/or fraudulent misrepresentation and/or misconduct. Such being the case we require that all our suppliers, customers and business partners please immediately contact the Procurement Department of PanAsia Aluminium (China) Co. Ltd. at +86 20 8263 3588 ext. 328 in case they have been or are being approached by any party or parties and have reasonable doubt and wish to clarify the identity and/or capacity of those party or parties.
