HONG KONG, July 10, 2013 - (ACN Newswire) - South China Holdings Limited ("South China"; HKSE:265) has published an announcement in the Hong Kong Economic Times and an announcement in the Hong Kong Economic Journal and Wen Wei Po on 8 July 2013 and 10 July 2013, respectively, regarding certain representation made in the prospectus dated 27 June 2013 and the announcement dated 9 July 2013 issued by Sinosoft Technology Group Limited ("Sinosoft Technology;" HKSE:1297), which is incomplete or, to the best of our knowledge, inconsistent with the relevant facts. Sinosoft Technology has yet to address to all the issues raised by South China on 8 July 2013 and 10 July 2013 properly based on the full facts, clarifying the matters and giving a full picture of the same to the investment community or, otherwise provide a full explanation.
South China believes that selective or incomplete disclosure of information constitutes a breach of the Securities and Futures Ordinance. Sinosoft Technology and all of its board members, including Executive Directors Ms. Xin Yingmei and Mr. Yu Yifa, and Independent Non-executive Directors Mr. Kang Choon Kiat, Mr. Kwauk Teh Ming, Walter and Mr. Zong Ping are obliged to make full and clear disclosure to the investing public.
South China will continue to monitor any and all replies by Sinosoft Technology and will issue supplemental comments for the reference of the regulatory bodies and the investing public if we note any omission or possible misleading representation in such replies.
