NECファシリティーズ、ルネサス西条工場における半導体廃水処理の環境負荷低減を目指した実証試験を実施 |
| NECファシリティーズ株式会社（本社：東京都港区、代表取締役社長：松下 裕、以下NECファシリティーズ）は、栗田工業株式会社（本社：東京都中野区、以下栗田工業）と連携し、顧客工場であるルネサス セミコンダクタ マニュファクチュアリング株式会社 西条工場（所在地：愛媛県西条市、以下ルネサス西条工場）におけるフッ素含有廃水処理の環境負荷低減施策を実施し、このほど半年間の実証運転を通じて廃水処理薬剤（注）35％（CO2排出量換算44トン-CO2／年相当）の削減と、廃水処理後に排出される処理汚泥４％（29トン/年）の削減に貢献しました。 more info >> |
